In India 5th September is celebrated as Teaches Day as a mark of tribute to the contribution made by teachers to the society. 5th September is the birthday of a great teacher Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan, who was a staunch believer of education, and was a well-known diplomat, scholar, President of India and above all a Teacher.

It is celebrated to show the acknowledgement and recognition of the hard work put in by the teacher towards development of student Community.

Teachers day APIMR was celebrated on 5th Sep 2017. Everyone was surprised as all the teachers were invited for a grand program. The program included some games for the teachers. The teachers got very delighted for the program organized for them. Students always look forward to teachers' day with a lot of anticipation, for the sheer, spirit of the occasion. All in all it was the celebration mode for everyone.
